Job Title: HR Executive Industry: Textile Mill / Manufacturing Location: Bhiwandi Experience: 1–4 Years (Textile / Manufacturing preferred) Salary: As per company standards Working Days: 6 Days Job Summary: The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and employee welfare in a textile mill environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & screening of shop-floor workers, supervisors, and staff Training & development coordination and induction programs Compensation & benefits management (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs) Labour law compliance: PF, ESIC, Factory Act, statutory records Performance management support and appraisal coordination Workplace safety, employee welfare, and engagement initiatives General HR operations, documentation, and employee records maintenance Handling shop-floor HR issues, grievances, and discipline Skills & Requirements: Experience in HR operations within textile/manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
